Within the Paytient mobile app:
Click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of your Paytient home screen.
Click "Payment Methods"
Select whether you'd like to add a Debit, HSA, or FSA card or a bank account.
Follow the instructions provided within the app to complete the process.
Within the Paytient web app:
Click "Settings" in the lower left-hand corner of your Paytient web portal
Under the "Payment Methods" section, select whether you'd like to add a Debit, HSA, or FSA card or a bank account.

How to update your Primary Payment Method
If your old card is no longer working or out of date, you may need to link a new payment method to continue your purchases. We make the process simple:

After you have linked your new payment method, you can go back to the "Payment Methods" screen. Select the new payment method, and then toggle on the "Primary Payment Method" by clicking it.

You'll see a "Primary" indicator next to your payment method once the change is live!
