Oh no! 24 hours has already passed and your payment plan is set, but you want to change your upcoming payment? We get it, things come up. Here’s how you can update it:
Step 1️⃣: Determine which transaction you want to update
Log in and select the Transactions tab to see a list of your active transactions.
From this list you can select individual transactions to see upcoming scheduled payment amounts.
Step 2️⃣: Contact support
Simply reach out to the Paytient Support Team in the way that’s most convenient for you to request a new payment amount. We're committed to making your experience as smooth as possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee your request will be granted. However, we will always try our best to assist you in finding the best possible solution.
Step 3️⃣: View your updated payment amount
If the support team was able to change your payment but the previous amount is still showing, don't worry! Simply swipe down in the app or reload your browser to refresh the page, and then you should see your updated payment amount.
