Step 1️⃣: Check your current payment settings
Log in to your Paytient account and select the Transactions tab, then click any open transaction. From here, you should see Scheduled Payment Method, and under this, you will see how this transaction is currently set to be paid.
Your Paytient account is set up for automatic payments by default. If you would prefer to make your payments manually, we can help!
Step 2️⃣: Contact support
A member of our support team will be happy to assist with updating your payment type. Please contact us so that we can best assist you:
Please note that if you'd like to cancel an upcoming automatic payment, you must do so at least 3 business days before your scheduled payment date.
Step 3️⃣ : Continue to make manual payments
Once your account has been set to be paid manually, you will receive email notifications of your upcoming due dates and payment amounts. You can make a manual payment in the app, or by reaching out to a support member to authorize.
